These purifiers are fitted with a specialized Tri-Active Antimicrobial Filter and categorized as a carbon filter with Graphene and Carbon Nanotube incorporating integrated fans. The Tri-Active Antimicrobial Filter ensures that bacteria and viruses passing through the filtration system are trapped, damaged and destroyed by the sharp edges of the graphene. The Razor-sharp edges of the graphene perforate the bacteria or virus-cell wall, causing the cell to die.
In addition, the Carbon Filter is electrified with and charged with 24V over the entire surface of the filter creating further static electricity and negative Ion protection.
Like the UVGI devices, the Antimicrobial devices was specifically designed to purify and revitalise indoor air. Carcinogens: Substances, radionuclides, or radiation that is an agent directly involved in causing cancer.
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): Chemical compounds which have significant vapour pressure.
Anthropogenic VOCs are regulated. VOCs are not typically acutely toxic but have chronic effects on human health.
